To start with, I give Academics good name , Do I ?

I give academics bad name. Because I do what most academics dont do.  For so long they are not doing what I am doing. Is it not what I m doing bad name. Even after 15 years of my work still "Learning by Earning" is only a footnote in academics. It is not mainstream. That is the complaint. I hope academics realise what is good name, and change it. Everything emerged from that.Academics were saying that is not to be done. I am particular that is the thing that needs to be done.

I complain to the academics..


  • You academics reject  2/3 of the globe as not eligible to study.  Some exam they conduct and reject. They use some esoteric criteria and reject. They do interview and GD and they reject. What a nonsense.. 2 / 3 are rejected who want to study .. Forget about those who are not interested to study.. Those who have not shown interest to study are 5  to 7 times to that of those who applied to study  ! 
  • At the same time, PRIVATE TUTIONS FLOURISH.  TUTIONS are rampant and SHAME for academics. Most admitted into IITs, IIMs, AIMS, IAS, and IES  are those  who took to PRIVATE TUTIONS !

  • After long higher education of grilling, and painstaking process more than 2 / 3 of  1 / 3 of the CONVOCTED  are announced saying that KAAM KI NAHI!They are UNEMPLOYABLE !

Despite claiming so sophesticated academics, they take pride in rejecting 2 / 3 people for education. cannot  advanced, having most advanced technology, and times ..It is crime against humanity. Educated who are doing this cannot understand this. It is the UNEDUCAED who are rejected understand this easily. If your are not UNEDUCATED dont have edn then you will understand this. Dont you !

Education and studies DO NOT GIVE  the students KICK.. MAZA, KANA,  AND LOOTS, PAINS !

Due to higher education a young person becomes complete DEELA ! ..
Youth are made TOYS  to be planed in the hands of few EMPLOYERS !
They are made to take pride in SERVENTING !
Made to believe they DO NOT HAVE any SELF WORTH !.. HOSLA KHO JATHE HAI !

BAROSA - KHUD KA, KHUD PE , BIL KHUL NAHI HONA !  POORA KHONA !

They are made to believe anything and everything inflicted on them .
99 % of the educated youth do not show even 1 % of Self Confidence, Self Belief, Self Worth..

How the students are made useless ?

This is done systematically academics ..Student Loans, Methods, Useless Assignments, Wasting of the time and energy, Spurious Cases  of employers discussed , Out dated knowledge discussed, Irrelevant and foreign materials discussed..

- Repeatedly they are made to believe...and pray that Employers are GREAT
- Lead the into INDEBTEDNESS !
- Curriculum does not make them to do any act which they believe that they are WORTHY !  NO Proof !



It all started because of Loan shirking for students where I was teaching. I was management subject to the best brains, I felt bad that such a terrible situation that I teach such brilliant theories of management to briliant brains, most of my best  colleagues teach brilliant theories of management, but still terrible things are happening to all and most of the students  before our eyes.

I have simple wish. I dont want to be USELESS Professor.  How come such a magnificent / Erudite  the subject I teach is useless. I found my self  a professor. Want to  use my knowledge.. I want to be useful / vupayogitha.. Even for one student, one time, It was lot of anguish inside of you. when you find you are useless.

So I start thinking. I started doing very tiny, tiny things. It is in the college, with my own students. there is no need to go out. they are there before me. with me.

Then I started noticing many problems, many problems. One problem I noticing was.. problem of Student Loan Shirking.  Students are given loans. Due to which they are losing their soverireity. I see how hundreds and thousdans of students are driven into employment and loose their career once for all. It is not that they should not take loans, but how to distract them from jobs and employment . Actually capitalism is taking advantage of this. It is the loan shirking  which was addicting  the most intelligent brains to lose the tract and  lead into employment to help the capitalists.

I felt terrible. My entire academics never taught me  how to  address this. Same is the condition of all of my colleagues who are also not trained for this. But I never took any loan , it was the state charity through which I studied.

Suddenly it struck me that something I can do. Why not I make my students to earn money to repay the student loans ? I dont need to design a research project. Do three years project and finally journal article in some high impact factor journal. When you make them to earn money and repay the loan the problem is solved.

Immediately I started doing this. Students responded very enthusiastically. If you get money out of learning who will not be interested ! I felt that I m doing good to the people that is the reason they are responding positively. It became popular.

Later on I realized that ' Learning by Earning ' is the central solution to all and all the problems  such poor not able to pursue studies , less intelligentsia becoming eligible to education , recasting  the academcis  to be interesting , creating enterpreneurs out of regular academics etc.


















You mentioned about Maha Mandi,  Kranthi Mandi, Shanti Mandi, Student Startups and so on it sounds like a academic came out with  research study, collect data, analysed and submited papers, and published books like.

Actually I was a kind of DESERTER  from the academic world. Because, I felt teriible, that I teach elegant theories of management, business, and wealth creation, value addition, transfomanatioinal leadership in the class room. and in the same class room, same students before my eyes, are  SUFFERING, SERVENTING, INDEBTED, EXPLOITED  in the name of same education.

You talk of people suffer due to poverty, malnutritiion, illhealth, why they suffer ?

This is not not disease. This is education.  End objective is ' Sa Vidya Vimuktha he ! ' rather the  same education is.. Same Education is pushing them into PERPETUAL  Runaktha He '.

It is not once in a while. It is perpetual, day after day, week after day, year after year.

Students are not ignorant, poor, deprived  people but most intelligent, young,  talented, and creative. They are not sitting idle in education but working and labouring as they are asked to.

All this is happening in the name of  'Systematic Academics'.

When you are maker of it, and you face it everyday, and every

empty, beautiful elegant theories,

Mandi Capstone Value Chain course


The capstone for the Value Chain Management specialization will provide a learning experience that examines how the various segments of a business integrate to create a value chain. The capstone involves an in-depth analysis of an actual business situation. The final deliverable consists of a plan based on a comprehensive analysis of how accounting, marketing, and operations work together to create a value chain. The plan will propose how value creation in organizations and supply chains can be enhanced using the concepts and frameworks learned in the three courses.

How to start Dr Mandi Speech .. One more format to take up ! 

Good Morning ladies and gentleman, 

1. Coming to my work and my story .. I m called Mandi Professor. This is how my students call me . Reason for this is.. simple.. What I do to them, What I do with them and what I do for them . 

2. I m quite known for Doing LITTLE things that I do.  Doing BIG and massive things is GOOD. I m not criticizing that. Before BIG things small things make you to look INSIGNIFICANT.. 

Little things help you to bring out INSANITY in you.. Little will make you feel SAFE, STRONG etc.. I m known for LAGHU things.. I look LAGHU .. know .. same way !  That way I might be called as..   LAGHU PROFESSOR !  Laghu Parishrama ! 

LAGHU  is not SMALL.. LAGHU is very different ! 

Let me define what LITTLE means for me as a professor ..  One Student, One subject learning, One time, and One day are the parameters that come to my mind . Not GDP, GER, IMR, Employment rates  etc. etc. They are too big concepts ! 

3. When I joined as professor at Prestigious, National level an  eminent institute , an Island of excellence, great track record , big name.. no body could point finger at it !

4. When I walked into the college, class, and when I watch the students,  they are facing severe problems.  They are no way different from the others. They are the same as all / all other college going students who are facing the problems . 

It is in a sense they are dying.. They are looted, ruined, tortured, rejected, dejected, suppressed, They are just waiting for golden moments called  ' Escape After  Placement' ! Hundreds and thousands of students year after year happening the same ! I have seen it for quite 6-7- 8 yrs or so.  For a  person coming from Gavar, Mazdoor, Shoshit, Peedith  background the experience I have come across was quite surprising ! 

5. Frustrated  as a professor for my self ! I came with great mission  to work in the great institution  and great students ! My own making has its own reason for this. I was a tailor before I became a professor with a PhD in Management . Personally, what I went through  was transformation. But work wise it was  WASTE of my life  which I was doing as a professor. Personally, I believe any other colleague of mine is also facing the same problem. But it is not the issue for them to recon with.  They have many other priorities which I am  least interested. 

6. I realised  that I cannot change the mighty academic  system in place. It was not done by me. It was handed over long years back. I went throgugh the same process.  It is tooooo big.. I m small and one part in the whole !

But I  resolved that  I might not be able to do as a PROFESSOR.. But at personal level I can do what best I can do. May not be as a PROFESSOR but as a good friend of my students what best I can ! It flashed in my mind that I can do something LITTLE . 

7. Atleast for one student, one time, one day, one subject I was teaching I can do something as a PERSON.. not as a PROFESSOR. This is what struck me most. Minimum Level of Help that I can do.. When MINIMUM is construed  as STANDARD for working  it allows you to invoke your INSANITY ! 

8. I started one day program Field Sales Learning .  Rule is that 

- I designed  the program the way I wanted it.. No conventional wisdom. I said NO to practice.
- Students must accept it. If they say YES.. it is YES.. these are the only two rules I followed.

It was called  Mandi. I gave to my class students  little quantity of Hi Impact learning aids  ( Rs 200 - Rs 300 /) and assigned them to sell in market and to use the mandi experience for their learning .

9. It is completed low key affair. I arranged the merchandise on personal basis. No press, no inuguraitons and nothing . 

10. Mandi went well. Students are quite happy with Mandi. They started making arrangements for the next year Mandi.. They started seeing it as INNOVATION in LEARNING. They started seeing me as a PROFESSOR  came from TOP.. It surprised me. 

I started feeling if such  LITTLE thing has so much IMPACT on student learning,  why not it will be done again and again and became really a PROFESSOR from HEAVEN ! 

- More students, More subjects, and More and more started pouring in to Mandi.. It became Maha Mandi.. 

11. An idea struck me.. If Mandi is liked by students, why not I ask other faculty also to be part of it .. I thought this will be the best thing I could do to them . Because, they will also become GREAT PROFESSORS . So, I approached them asked if they they will be part of Mandi.. they said .. NO.. NO.. 

Professors said Mandi is not learning.. it is sight seeing . I said students are saying it is serious learning. and please check it. They said .. no.. Serious learning cannot be like this.

I try to convince them and they try to pock holes in Mandi. Students started completely owned it. Students are not interested to loose it.  This is the way TEACHERS repeat what they LEARNED and TAUGHT by their teachers . They are not in a mood to listen.

12. People ask me how Prof Mandi invented the  Mandi method of earning . Initially it is difficult for me to give a systematic way to tell them how it is evolved. I started to answer in a best way, but still people dont understand it.  In reality, Mandi is not TYPICAL ACADEMIC  RESEARCH.. It is not ACADEMICALLY done. It is done INTUITIVELLY ! It came to mind and done ! 

13. If you look at Maha Mandi how and what rules are there we created with no collateral, no assessment, no training, no supervision, no spoon feeding, still students learn most and fantastic.. How you invented Mandi method of learning  which you call Prof. Mandi method of learning .

When I want to frame rules and regulations for  Mandi method  to address any given particular problem, what we  do is.. It is like this...

First,  we carefully  look at how all over the world , conventional  learning methods  are designed,  and what they do and how they do in given circumstances. Once we understand and got hold of the tenants on  how they do and what they do, ...

WE JUST REVERSE it !  
and  WE  GET Mandi method of learning !

Academics who wrote books  are invited to speak on their books . It is customary of academics .

Profs who write articles are invited to speak on their writings .  But my case is different .

I am a fugitive. I m DEVIANT Academic ! I m NON CONFIRMIST ! I  am FUGITIVE !

Have you seen me ! Am I not looking that way ! My look out ! My slogan !  My standup !

My vision , My work and my style will be different from usual academics !

I distanced myself of academics that way .. You have invited me for What  I have done. not for what I wrote and and published !

I m here for my slogan.. Aaj ka Shikshana cha karcha, Aaj ka Sikshan me, Aaj hee kamana !

Do you know.. I make my MBA students to sell on the roads ..Rs 1000 merchandise, and earn Rs 100 for in a day.  The learning props are amazingly trained to the masses by my students. This is nutshell Mandi.. Around  Rs 2 Crore worth merchandise was sold by my students .. Around 20,000 students learned this way. I m popular as Mandi Master !

I do little things. My purpose is little..and Tiny. I dont do big mega things..

These are my visions !  So insignificant . yes !

1, I asked my students to do VERY  LITTLE things .. So little that they are u all will laugh at . Helping one student, and day.. I m too little person  !  I work at atomic level I work.. not higher level..

2, I dont PLAN, I just ask them ACT !  What I m known for Becho.. Bechoo  was not planned and researched and discussed things.
I m not a marketing professor even.. ...... STUDENT - SELLING  was not that I m trained and I m supposed to teach !

What I have done is due to and out of .. DESPARATION,  FRUSTRATION, I HAVE TO DO SOMETHING .. HENCE, I HAVE DONE...

Done not because Harvard has done, Stanford had done. NO.. Not for that.

Not done any research, Not any publications, Not listened to anybody else has done, Not a GOI project, Not to get any  faculty promotion, Not for foreign tour I got due to it..

DESPARATION WAS THE REASONS.. MANY THINGS BUT THREE Ds..

I realized that what I was doing to students was..

Useless X Un Pleasant X  Ineffective X Unaffordable X Undesirable

Immediately USELESS ! 

Constant Harassment  ! 

Ineffective to the core ! 

Unaffordable by cost  ! 

Undesriable on the career ! 

looting, pain, suffering, hesitation, lazy, shy, useless, dependent, gulam !
Benefiting, ecstacy, joy, loving, dynamic, active, useful, independent and malik !

They lie.. They dont say the truth.. Because of marks !

All this  Harasment happening in Government, National Institute,  in mumbai, with so much glare and poo - poo ! , done by the most intellectuals , on select nationally intelligent students ! 

But I know that this is happening to them ! How I know , that is happening to them ?

Same  thing happend to me when I was a stuents.. There is my story here.. I went through the same..

Now I m a professor . I m doing the same to my students ! What my professors had done to me !

All this is ....SLOW, SILENT, SECRET, SURE, SO MUCH, SO FAR, !

.. Not happening good but harming them
.. Are looted and not remunerated 
.. Are pained  but bot enjoying
.. Working harder and confused but not working SMART and Clear
.. Not enjoying but suffering 
.. Becoming lethargic but spirited 
.. They are disliking - but not liking
........ When my students speak they

 - Students are DEJECTED /  AEISHT / OF WHAT THEY ARE STUDYING x Come with liking

- Students are becoming more  and more  DEPENDENTS / NIRBAR HOTA HAI X Come to become independent 

- Students are DEBT BURDENED  / RUNA GRASTH hota hai  X RUNA VIMUKTHI KE LIYA

I was teaching in  national institute... was  excellent  place, well paid job, excellent students.. No problems !

It is great place. My life interest was teaching . What I quickly witnessed was ..

I witnessed that my students are dieing of Suffering, Paining, Fearing, Bleeding, Shaking, It is most pitiable state !

It is not  age problem. it is not calamity, It is not disease.. ,, It is all and all the students  are suffering of it  the same way !

If it is disease one can understand.. If one dies one can understand ! All are dying ! It is genocide !

What I was teaching was the MANAGEMENT subject .. Great  discipline.. Great theories...Do you know what is the purpose of a subject of M A N A G E M E N T ! .. that  I teach ?

People surprise when I utter these jargaon !..  Inspirational Leadership, Value Creation, Problem Solving, Innovation ,  Change Management , Excellence, in the class room... Very Interesting to talk and listen..

What I was teaching high things ! ... Inspirational Leadership, Wealth / Value Creation, Problem Solving, Innovation ,  Innovation, Change management in the class room...

I quickly realized that  I was elegant theories of management , great to listen but no use to my students. In reality, they are 3 Ds..  Dejected, Dependents , Debt Burdened

and   not making any difference in their living.  Not even 1 % impact it is  making on their lives.

My great  management knowledge  has no solutions to the problems  the students are facing. Big mismatch of what I was teaching and their relevance .

Great minds are the students..Great is the place Mumbai,  Great colleagues work with me, Great, Great .. Some where something wrong..

It is not only in my case, but across all faculty, all colleges across the globe.

This is the turning point  to be  my work for my life . my life mission

It struck me if I am teaching students so  great things , then how come so called   great things, if they  are learning  have no impact on the students ?

How come out of  so many students, at least few of them are not able to find SOLUTIONS for their problems . It is big mismatch ..

I felt I am USELESS and EMPTY. It was UGLY .. Such intelligent students, great theories, great institution,  great teacher like, me still .. and how come this can happen ?  Other less intelegent students, and other  less prominent colleges we can understand .

Suddenly , I DISCOVERED that ..College education  is turning  students as  ..

- Dependents ,  NIRBAR.  Most youthful students are becoming at the mercy of the system - Govt, Parents, Society ,

THREE problems I could see .. Fear of Future !  Present - Pain ! Burden of Past ! 

Bavishya  ka Bhay, Varthaman ka Badha, Booth  ka Peeda ! 

- Debtors..  Students are taking  BIG  loans  for  their education.  Loans are  making them VULNERABLE, People with NO SELF..They got in to the mode of SLAVERY  MINDSET..

For me it look as if it is like Child Marriages, and Child slavery . !

Danger of Student loans.. Things happen to Young !

... Horrible beginning -  Remote  is surrendered to others  - Path to Slavery -  Makes one lazy  - Nakli confidence, spurious and addicted - Seminal time in life is lost ! Takes time to get out - Many dont get out of it !


It was UGLY  for me to see such youth turning in battalions of dependents .  I cannot imagine most youthful person becoming debtors and becomes a toy in the hands of the others ..Surrenders to others and accept any work that pays them to repay the loans . In my view they are loosing their DIGNITY.. Vyakthi ka Garima is gone to winds ... in one stoke with the STUDENT LOANS that they are taking .

DEBT  ANNIHILATES A YOUNG PERSON's  SELF CONFIDENCE  AND SELF RESPECT. One looses  ones  SELF becoming a debtor  at that age.. which is the CORE of a young person !

See.. How a great professor of management who teaches great theories is 100 % HELPLESS !

But as a student I countered it successfully by doing what I have done... and I became a professor !

But now as a professor I need not do the same.

An idea stuck me.. I can ask my students to do what I have done.

My professors rejected / shunted it as Non curricular, illegal and extra curricular !

Now I have an opportunity to make my students to do what I have done and

inspire them to do by branding the same as legal, curricular and invited !

Yes. I have done the same. They are enjoying..

Surprising.. This problem is not known to most professors !


They never spent time on this .. They spent solving industry problems . Creating new knowledge for  solving the problems of tomorrow  and years to come .. It is might be good work . I cannot comment on it . But surely today issues must be addressed ..!

It is not written and discussed ! Even if the faculty and academics  know of it , they will act as if they dont know of it !

It is not peculiar for me alone. Others also SEE it. But rarely SIGHT IT !

Yes..Reaoson is different. My making is different. I was a tailor turned professor. I m not a IAS officer son, I m not VCs son, I am not Milionaires Lakhotias son, I am a tailors child. Daily wage work I used to do and study all my life. I got govt Schalorships for fees concessions. But to come to a urban set up  like SURYAPET, HYDERABAD  I dont have money. My parents do have money, I have to support my self, So, I used to railoring.. Every day, Rs 100 is my GOAL !

I was desperate to be useful to my students .  I felt that I should start doing something in this regard..

My objective is not big. and gigantic. It is tiny . even  for one student, for one day and  for one thing being relevant for my students was my GOAL . ambition,,.

I was desperate to  be useful to atleast one student, one day for one hundread rupee, a bit of learning used  to my students .

I felt desparate to act.. Im interested in ACTING.. I do my own way . I dont  wait to boarrow / copy  ... I do not depend on research solutions . I do not wait for the policy solutions.. I need no fund needed solutions . I will do what I feel like .. just i will do..

I was m no more as professor  to help my students But as a common man.

My interest was not  solving global and national  academic issues.. I m limited to my students. I could not think anything else rather than my  own sheer response.. immediately . It is easy to do .. so ..

What before me is ..My students, my class and my course was the problem I m eager to work on !

Suddenly it struck me.. I have solution to do ..  I have not consulted and discussed  any body else . It is me alone and my students .

Students have energy, creativity, dedication. If asked they do give time and commitment.
Problems are shown to them and they work on and find solutions . Amazing solutions .

Industry give problems, Teachers give their problems, NGOs and society give problems .

Students use their INNOVATION to solve the problems !

Students work on  to solve others problems !

They get immensely benefited intellectually, academically !

It is the teachers, industry and society which will get benefited of the work students do !

Students are made to remain as they bleed and pain and fear !. They suffer ! and They die !

That was beginning .. I can do something . Felt good.

It lead to something. Student Loans.... Ugly . Victim and perpetrator  also ..

Idea came to me. I can do something at my level. i need no support outside .

I can do for a day . I did not wait for a day . I said go.. Give you something to do .... and go.. you do .. you will came out of the problem . Got the Mantra !

It became popular.. several times done ... People are seeing me as something I came from heaven..

PROBLEM IS  DIFFICULT .. and Tough..

But the solution is so SIMPLE.. The idea of the solution was ....

Aaj ka pocket money, Aaj ka padai se, Aaj hee kamana !

It excited me. Immediately I acted on it.  They have done..  First time, 200 students have done. Now hundredas / thousands of students do this .  They are doing for the last 15 yrs .

I gave tiny amount of learning toys to my students . I asked them to sell by apply their learning and also  earn in the process.. they have done. they are doing for the 15 yrs in row. They never stopped.  . Students sell the toys and learn and also earn their one rupee .. first dollar in their life !

They  discovered  the PATH in this process !

The question that came up in my mind is.. If it is so simple process so many students to realise why not it should be done on  more and more students ?

But as a student I countered it successfully by doing what I have done... and I became a professor !

But now as a professor I need not do the same.

An idea stuck me.. I can ask my students to do what I have done.

My professors rejected / shunted it as Non curricular, illegal and extra curricular !

Now I have an opportunity to make my students to do what I have done and

inspire them to do by branding the same as legal, curricular and invited !

Yes. I have done the same. They are enjoying..

People see me as if I discended from heaven ! I feel puzzled/ embrassed initially. But it continued .

I started thinking... if  you can become angel for doing such a tiny act, it is an opporutnity for u to do more and more.. and become a SUPER ANGEL !

It lead me to do next step .. doing more of it.. doing at many places  and many students ..

Simple thing I have done.. Why not ask other faculty also to do !

I go there and talk to other faculty, deans, directors , VCs, . they dont even belive.. colleges are not meant for this ..

Dont you know that students are not supposed to sell .?

I said.. Is it.. I dont know.

But students  are not capable to do, they dont have conduct , they dont participate.

I said how do u know it .. They say they are like that .. I said I had  different experience ..They are enjoying .. They are happy to do it .  Big dialogue !

I learned something from this conversations. I used that .I told.. Why dont you accept me as guarantor.. I sign all  your papers, I take the risk. You save rules .. This time I spoke their language. They cannot throw me out of the window. After lot of deliberations, colleges approved of Mandi .

Not that they are convinced of my work. I thought they are  they are just wanted to get rid of me. Give approval. Anyhow, it wont work , Soon he will understand . awaiting an opportunity when it

So for the last 15 yrs. I sign every time that I am responsible for the Mandi. Colleges allow me to do  Mandi . None of the faculty  took the responsibility for Mandi so far. None of the faculty confident to take the responsibility. They dont believe this is the way to do . They dont believe this can happen.

I found the way to encourage my students to do the Mandi  learning job  efficiently and effectively .

I worked hard along with my students to come up with the ideas / rules and regulations / training / culture, / slogans  how to make the students to pay back, sell well, feel comfortable, learn and earn..

It worked.. As it worked I got excited.. and . My students got much more excited.

In class they got Macro, Distant, Eagle view of the problem in Mandi. My students returned me  closer, micro, and worm view of the problem. Both, myself and they became complete in the process. Distant view when applied in mandi it became worm view.. short and applicable solutions to the given way in mandi.

My students turned professors to professor. I learnt from them more than what I taught them. Most students are great teachers ! I bend my head as token respect to all of them.

Most colleges  and administration still dont  believe that Mandi work. Where as I could see it is working .I wanted to do more. Continue  to do another college and another student cohort, Every time it became successful . More successful it became, more confident I became. But the colleges and other faculty became more reluctant to support this.

In reality, what I understand is that. they are hoping that Mandi will collapse some time or other  ! ..

They keep saying  to me,  you are lucky, hence it is working. Next year , you do mandi again, it will collapse.  However, It wont and goes up again. So they are getting frustrated in their thinking.

Finally , I feel, time has come for Mandi to become a separate system so that this reluctant approval system is no more valid ?

Why not you create separate pedagogical model of Mandi learning model created ! So that negative comments and pull downs will not be there .

Their problem is simple .. Students do have problems and their problems are simple ones ..

  • Pocket money, 
  • Daily living, 
  • Funding their college fee, 
  • Repayment of student loan  etc.
Why not you  learn in such a way that you solve these problems  as you learn ? You also create some value as you work on the problems ! 

Let me modify the learning as part of my course leaning.  Let us start with little earning along with learning. . It is learning and automatically learning !

You can become free from LOAN ! Your regain your self respect ! You can become independent  as much as you will be earn !  You need not wait for your future employment to help you to pay loan !

Earning made out of learning has real value to a student.

Little  EARNING  made by student  out of  LEARNING is much more USEFUL than otherwise. The Earning has two uses .. ECONOMIC  benefit and INTELLECTUAL impact . Every student can do this. Mandi  micro selling, and Micro business has shown this to the world that it works to every student and every subject  and every college .

Always entrepreneurial learning is far better than conventional SPENDING education !

It is a questions to the whole academics.. why not this way it can happen ..

Every body can learn . and earn ..

Professors often used to say  ' Poor and Rural Students are not LEARNING WORTHY'.. Learning Layak nahi !

Whenever I hear this, earlier I used to argue with them . Now,  Dont.. After the Mandi and Students enterprises I dont argue. I tell them ..

Should teachers  tell the poor / rural / uneducated students ...they are not learning worthy ? 

Teachers say .. Students dont have AUKAAT ! 

Or the poor , rural, uneducated students tell the professors back  'YOU are not TEACHING WORTHY ?

Why not you change  SCRIPT ?..  Is it not RIGHT to do so ?

Who tell you to deliver this VERDICT ? How useful this verdict is ? What change it is making ? Please note that .. Others also have equal right to give a VERDICT on you ..

Your are not STUDENT WORTHY to teach  ?  Please note who is paying for whom. It is the students who are paying for the teachers .. Not the teachers who are paying for the students ! One can infer who has the real  right to give VERDICT ?

Just because, you dont know how to teach  others and blame them ?  Fault lies with you and not with them . Why dont you fix the problem ?  Why dont you develop a system of leaning where everybody automatically learns ..?

College are funny places ..

In the name of enriching the students ,   colleges make their students impoverished  !

In the name of Liberate the students they make them


They take for sure,  but if they return is doubtful !

They take more and , if they give is doubtful !

Colleges waste .. waste.. lots and lots of  'Released Potential  of Students'  continuously  as part of learning !

Student  Potential that is released is not Not harnessed .. drained as W A S T E ! ! It is billions and billions !
  • Do you know how much is this  wealth and treasure ! . 
  • Do you know what it is  this treasure is ..! 
  • Do you know why it is drained out ! 
  • Do you know how and what are the methods to harness this  power  ! 
It is like SOLAR power  wasted ! It is like Wind Power wasted ! It is like Rain Water Power Wasted! 

It is Student  Events , Examinations , Quiz tests , Assignments , Projects , Reports , Practicums,  etc. !

While I was struggling with the academics for Mandi and Student Startups ..  I told  few  things to the Academics ..

1.  Academics system  is UNJUST  on several  grounds  .....

You created MOST  PAINFUL process of Learning ..

You created MOST WASTEFUL process of Learning.. Ocean of student potential is getting wasted .

You created EXCLUSIVE system of  Education system  where Less educated, poor, and rural kept out.

You turnout  after prolonged educational process, INCOMPETENT, INCOMPLETE, , UNDESIRABLE NON FUNCTIONING  Youth  in to the society

Mandi is designed not only FOR the Students .. but also BY the students and OF the students !

Mandi is completely done by the students . They plan everything the inventory , training, locations, chief guest, inauguration, distribution of inventory, ethics, Safety and security of the mandi participants, learning and reflections etc.

Students teach to their friends, and their teachers toooo !

Students owning their own learning is the ultimate thing here !

Mandi is SELF financed, and Self Reliant model of learning . Academics do not give single pie to conduct Mandi. Sponsorships , Margins are the revenues to the program

Teaching has 100 % reversed to be Learning oriented system

Mandi method of learning primarily depends on TRADING as pedagogy . Conventionally ART ad CRAFT are the two modes which are tried . Never TRADING is tried as pedagogy .

Mandi is Pedagogically modification is simple road side system of footpath based selling. It denotes that such a simple system can be injected in to so called puristic learning system.

Keeping in view the level of maturity of the students , type of subject that is learned, given context where the college is working .. TRADING can be wonderful pedagogy for UG and PG levels .

This simple trading system can be done by any body and everybody. It does not need one to be elite and highly educated. In reality, poor, rural, and peedith can be best do this and avail it as the system of learning . This we consider as one of the strategies to open up education to poor and rural folks !

Students are encouraged that anyhow you people go round the city. Why dont you carry the merchandise as you go round the streets ? Anyhow you dont loose anything if you could sell or not  ! If you sell it is learning, if you dont sell it is again learning why and how to sell ?
